Last month ContractPro® v3.4 was released to the User Community. This release contains some exciting features that will truly enhance the overall user experience.
What’s New
ContractPro v3.4 is the latest feature release from Answers Systems Inc. This feature release promises to be one of the most important with regard to time-savings and continuity of experience across the entire application.
Among the new features are some exciting optional components in version 3.4. One notable addition is the Excel® pricing feature that allows you to download an offline version of a Contract in a Microsoft® Excel format, use Excel to specify pricing for your contract line items, and then re-upload the completed pricing information to the ContractPro application. We are also excited to introduce Contract Exposure Routing - a new workflow feature has been developed that allows ContractPro to calculate a contract’s exposure at runtime, compare that exposure to a Budget balance, and make decisions related to how the contract should be routed through approval and in some cases, whether it should be allowed to submitted at all.
What’s Improved
In Feature Release 3.4, we have addressed some performance issues to improve the user experience. Among the fixes and improvements addressed are: Rebill Letter generation time, Copy Contract issue, Market Support Claim Delivery Period date visibility, and Deduction Letter generation errors.
What’s Changed
Several significant changes have occurred in ContractPro v3.4 that will provide users with a more intuitive tool and continuity across screens/modules. Two notable changes include:
- New Add Distributor Page - The add Distributor page has been redesigned to more closely match the functionality of the Add Products page
- Contract Edit Redesign - The Contract Edit Page has been redesigned to allow for easy viewing of pricing information. This new view on the Products Tab, allows a user to view Header Fields, Fixed Price and Rebate Deviations, and HQ Rebates without having to switch between tabs!
